The company

A company that advises on how an organisation should run — then builds the Arabic-first platforms it runs on, and keeps them running.

Advisory before the build where a function needs it, platforms already in production, a product of our own, and one team that builds them and then keeps them running.

Why we exist

To advise on how an organisation should run, and to build the platforms it actually runs on — Arabic-first, open for that organisation to own under the agreement, and maintained by the people who built them.

It is a narrow ambition on purpose. Where a function needs advice before it needs software, we give it; the platform then has to fit the way the organisation works, in the language it already uses, and it has to still be true three years later.

We judge a platform by whether it is still in daily use in three years — not by whether it launched.

What we do

Platforms for how an organisation actually runs.

Most of the processes a company runs on are improvised and manual, with no system that produces the same result twice.

That is where we come in.

Advisory, then the scope of how your function should run

The record

What is already running.

  1. 01

    Platforms in production

Delivered on a fixed scope and a fixed price, and in daily use today. The platforms page describes a selection by the job each one does; more are in delivery.

  2. 02

    A product of our own

Ryvato — strategy-to-execution governance, in production across the Kingdom. It is ours, which is why it is the one thing we can show in full.

  3. 03

    Still under development

Everything we have delivered is still maintained and improved by the people who built it. A firm that does not maintain its own systems has nothing useful to say about maintaining yours.

Who is behind it

A practitioner's company, built by the team that runs its own product.

Who runs it

20+

years running programmes

Across healthcare, construction and government — on the client side of the same kind of contract this company now signs. The person who scopes your platform has sat on the other side of one.
Who builds it

15+

years leading the engineering

An engineering team that built Ryvato and keeps it in production. The same team designs, builds and supports everything this company delivers.

What we build it on

  1. Interface

    React · TypeScript

  2. Services

    Node.js

  3. Infrastructure

AWS · Google Cloud · Firebase

  4. Mobile

    Native & hybrid mobile

Arabic and right to left at every layer of it.

We are not a body shop and we do not sell developers by the month.

Do you have processes or administrative work that should be running on a digital platform?

Tell us how the function runs today — or what your people do by hand. We will tell you honestly what it needs: advice on how it should run, a platform, both — or neither. And if it is neither, we will say so.
