About this site

This website is published by JMC Digital. It describes what we build, how we build it and a selection of the work we have delivered, and it is provided for information.

Using it means accepting what is on this page.

Using it

You may read this site, print from it and share links to it. You may not try to reach any part of it or of the systems behind it that has not been made public, interfere with how it runs, or copy it wholesale by automated means.

Nothing here is a proposal

The descriptions of platforms, capabilities and delivery on this site are a summary. They are not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and no contractual relationship is created by reading them. Anything you intend to rely on should be confirmed with us in writing.

Where a platform is described as delivered for a client, the description records work we carried out. No endorsement by that client should be inferred from it.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it is complete. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.

What belongs to whom

The text, images, layout and design of this site belong to JMC Digital unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share them; you may not republish them as your own or use them commercially without our permission.

Names, logos and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and nothing here grants you a right to use them.

Sites we link to

Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it, we are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement of what it says.

Our responsibility to you

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer because you relied on something published here, or because the site was unavailable.

Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top of it tells you when it took effect.

The law that applies

These terms, and any dispute arising out of this site, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

These terms are published in Arabic and in English. The Arabic text is the one that governs, and it prevails in the event of any difference between the two.
