This website is published by JMC Digital. We decide why and how the personal data described in this notice is handled, which under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia makes us the data controller for it.

Nothing, unless you send it to us. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixel and makes no request to any third-party service. There is no account to create and no profile to build.

That is a design decision rather than an omission, and it is checked every time the site is built.

The form on our contact page composes a message in your own mail application. Nothing is submitted to us, or to anyone else, until you choose to send that email.

When you do send it, we hold what you wrote — your name, your email address and your message — and we use it to answer you and to carry on the conversation you started. Our lawful basis is that you asked us to: the data is what you sent, for the purpose you sent it for.

We do not sell it, we do not use it to build a profile, and we do not pass it outside JMC Digital.

The pages, images and fonts that make up this site are served from Amazon Web Services. Its servers record what was requested, when, and the network address that asked — ordinary server records, kept so the site can be run and kept secure, and used for nothing else.

We do not connect those records to anything you have sent us.

This site is delivered through a content network with servers in many countries, so the pages you read may be served from outside the Kingdom, and the hosting records described above may be held outside it.

The Personal Data Protection Law allows personal data to be handled outside the Kingdom on defined grounds and with defined safeguards, and requires the risk of a transfer to be assessed before it is made. We keep what leaves the Kingdom to what the law permits.

A platform we build for you is a separate matter from this website: it is deployed into infrastructure in your name, in the region you choose. Where your data lives, on our support page, sets that out.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in touch with you about it and for as long afterwards as we need a record of what was discussed. We do not keep it because it might be useful one day.

Hosting records are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them.

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be told what personal data we hold about you and why; to see it; to be given a copy of it in a readable form; to have it corrected where it is wrong or incomplete; and to have it destroyed when we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected for. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it.

To use any of those rights, write to contact@jmcdigital.net. We answer as quickly as we can and within the period the law allows, and we do not charge for it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law.

If personal data we hold is lost, exposed or reached by somebody who should not have reached it, we notify the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority within seventy-two hours of becoming aware of it.

Where an incident is likely to cause you serious harm, we tell you as well, without undue delay, and we tell you what happened rather than that something happened.

This site sets none — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

This site links to ryvato.com, which is operated under its own privacy notice, and may link to documents or pages published by others. We are not responsible for how a site we link to handles your information, and this notice does not cover it.

If we change how any of this works, we change this page before we change the site, and the date at the top of it tells you which version you are reading.
