What we build
Platforms we build
Arabic-first web platforms for how a company actually runs — on a fixed scope, a fixed price and eight to sixteen weeks.
Advisory
We advise before we build.
Before a platform is scoped, there is a harder question: how should the function itself run?
- 01
The PMO
How it should govern its portfolio.
- 02
The HR function
How it should be structured.
- 03
The strategy office
How it turns intent into measures.
- 04
Performance management
How the system is designed and implemented.
The people who advise have run those functions themselves — senior consultants from the industries we serve — and the advisory stands on its own: engage it ahead of a build, or alone, scoped and priced per engagement.
The problem
It works until the person leaves.
Most organisations have two or three processes that matter enormously and live nowhere.
They run on a spreadsheet somebody maintains, a mailbox somebody watches, and knowledge that exists only in one person's head. Nobody planned it that way; it accumulated. It works until the volume doubles, or until the person leaves, and then it fails in a way that is expensive and slow to diagnose because there was never a record of how it was supposed to work.
What we do
Scope it with the people who will use the platform.
Two ways in
Advisory, then the scope of how your function should run
Under its own scope and its own price
Or it ends with the advisory deliverables

Building the platform
- 01
Scope it with the people who will use the platform
We scope the process with the people who carry it out today. The scope starts from the findings of the advisory stage where there was one, and from a workshop in week one where the advisory was not asked for.
- 02
Build it on globally accredited technology
Hosting and platform technology such as the AWS ecosystem and Google Firebase — accredited, proven, and trusted by the largest governments in the world.
- 03
Signature to live in eight to sixteen weeks
A fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before we start, and a priced change before we build any change.
Evidence
In production today.
The platforms here are described by the job they do, because we name a client only with their written permission. The fifth is our own product. And this page is a selection, not the whole of it — more platforms are in delivery now, and everything shown is still being improved.

Find your Doctor
A patient describes the symptom; the platform’s AI reads it, names the right specialty, and routes them to the right specialist in the right branch. Every physician carries a full profile — specialty and subspecialty, the symptoms and conditions they treat, the procedures they perform — kept correct in one place by the people responsible for it. Behind the public directory sits a full administration: reference lists managed centrally, bulk import from spreadsheets, an alert when a profile is incomplete, and analytics that show what people actually searched for — including the symptoms no available doctor covers, which turns a blind spot into a staffing decision. An interactive 3D assistant walks visitors through it.

Legal Management System (LMS)
Cases carried from filing to judgement to enforcement — every session, ruling and file on the case's own record. Contracts tracked against expiry, renewal and obligation dates, drafted from an approved library of templates. Government inspection visits logged with the warnings they leave, violations followed until they are closed and stay closed, and the team's work assigned and chased under role-based access. Alerts arrive in the system and by email before the deadline, not after it — and an internally trained AI model reads the whole record, writes the management reports for risk and cases, and sets the tasks that keep cases and violations sound.

Voice of Patient (VoP)
Complaints and satisfaction, measured in one system across every branch of a group. A complaint arrives from any channel and becomes a case with an owner, a priority and a deadline — split into sub-complaints for every department it touches, walked along a visible path from open to closed, reviewed by the head of department through a secure link with root cause and action plan, and closed against a target response time with the closure itself documented. The patient follows their own complaint through a private link. Beside the complaints sits a full survey engine — multi-section questionnaires with skip logic and versioning, collected by interview, self-service, QR code or text message, feeding a satisfaction index — and an internally trained AI model studies the complaints and the survey returns, analyses patient satisfaction, and flags the quality fixes that stop a complaint recurring.

Research Management Platform (RMP)
Research moved through scattered email and spreadsheets; now it moves through twelve governed stages, from the first idea to closure and archiving — feasibility checked variable by variable, ethics captured on a form whose submitted snapshot stays exactly what the review board saw, governance cleared against five prerequisites, and the data delivered into a secure workspace with its own access list. Eleven roles each see only what is theirs. Every step — including winding a project back a stage, which demands a written reason — lands in an audit trail of who, what, when and why. Arabic and English throughout, and an executive view that answers the status question without a meeting.

Ryvato
Our flagship productA governance-grade PMO and strategy-execution platform, built for enterprises and government institutions: the strategy cascaded top-down through objectives, earned-value analytics reading execution bottom-up, and portfolio, health and risk governance in between.

What you get
A platform, and the record of the process it came from.
- 01
From the advisory
How the function should run, written down and argued — and the scope of the build, which is exactly where week one starts.
- 02
The platform — build and transfer
A platform your organisation runs on, deployed into your own cloud account from day one, in the region you choose. The code, the data and the deployment pass into your name on final payment, under the agreement.
- 03
A fixed price
Agreed before we start, and a priced change before we build any change.
- 04
The record
A record of the process that survives whoever built it and whoever ran it — which is usually the part that was missing.
Care that keeps them alive
Software that is not maintained stops being an asset within a year. Every platform is offered with a contract to run it, secure it and keep improving it.

What happens between signature and go-live — what we do, what you see and what you sign at every stage.
See the weeks →Do you have processes or administrative work that should be running on a digital platform?
Tell us how the function runs today — or what your people do by hand. We will tell you honestly what it needs: advice on how it should run, a platform, both — or neither. And if it is neither, we will say so.
